The Rotary Club of Karori Inc. Wellington, New Zealand.

Welcome

Welcome to Rotary Karori. Karori is located in Wellington, the capital city, and is one of the largest suburbs in New Zealand.

We are always keen to hear from people who might be thinking of joining us for an evening or wanting to know more about what is involved in becoming a member.

Find out what else we are doing by coming along one Tuesday evening.  We typically meet every fortnight so check here for our next meeting date or simply go to the work we do tab above to see more about some of our activities. You can also email us.

Rotary International

What would it take to change the world?

Rotary's 1.2 million members believe it starts with a commitment to Service Above Self.

In more than 34,000 clubs worldwide, you'll find members volunteering in communities at home and abroad to support education and job training, helping to provide clean water, combat hunger, improve health and sanitation, and eradicate polio.

"I believe everyone recognizes the opportunity to serve Rotary for what it truly is: not a small opportunity, but a great one; an opportunity of a lifetime to change the world for the better, forever through Rotary's service to humanity": Rotary International President, John Germ.

Karori club meetings are usually held on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday evening of each month at the Marsden School cafeteria, Karori (Vera Street entrance), Wellington. Meetings begin at 6:00 pm and usually conclude by 8:00 pm.
